Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
For sanitary purposes, we have a no return/refund policy. If your product gets damaged during transit, please contact us at Support@hazellecbd.com.
Hazelle is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds on melted products. If your product liquifies during transit or spills, please email us pictures so we can assist you.
Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you’ll be available for delivery.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of your purchase. After the 24 hour time frame has passed, we are no longer able to cancel your order or issue you a refund.
